Quick Edition is a phone system designed primarily for very small businesses (less than 20 employees), and is also well-suited to branch offices or multi-site businesses like retail outlets and chain restaurants. It’s different from a lot of other phone systems in that it doesn't use a central server to manage calls or run applications such as conference calling and voice mail.

Quick Edition has these applications, of course – and many others – but all the software – the “intelligence” of the phone system, if you will – is built right into the phones themselves.
